EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based trauma therapy that helps people process distressing memories, PTSD symptoms, anxiety, and emotional triggers. By using bilateral stimulation which helps the brain rewire how traumatic memories are stored and help process healing.
Clients will experience somatic, S.A.F.E EMDR to fosters safety, growth and emotional balance.
