Grace Huang, LCSW, Founder
Licensed clinical director and therapist
Grace is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California,
Background & Approach
Grace holds dual master’s degrees from the University of Southern California in Social Work and Public Administration. She brings extensive clinical experience from community mental health settings, outpatient psychosocial support programs, and private practice therapy. Grace provides evidence-based, compassionate care that supports meaningful and lasting emotional healing.
Her therapeutic approach integrates several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic approaches, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Grace often works with individuals navigating the pressures of being the “eldest daughter,” cultural expectations, and generational patterns that can shape identity, responsibility, and emotional well-being. EMDR is especially effective for helping clients process unresolved memories, family dynamics, and intergenerational trauma that continue to affect daily life. Through therapeutic work, clients can develop greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, create healthier boundaries and life paths.
A therapeutic space not only for anxiety, depression, grief, or the emotional impact but also in redefining success, relationships, and self-worth.
