PAST COMMUNITY EVENTS :

My Hopewell Co. at Business Expo 2026

We had a wonderful time connecting with our community at the Chino Hills Business Expo! As a Bronze Sponsor, My Hopewell was honored to be part of this special event hosted by the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Our fall-themed booth gave us the opportunity to meet local families, business owners, and community members, share resources, and have meaningful conversations about mental health and emotional wellness.

We’re grateful for every conversation, connection, and opportunity to remind our community that taking care of our mental health matters. Sometimes, a simple conversation can be the first step toward feeling supported and understood.

A big thank-you to the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce for welcoming us and bringing our local community together. We’re so happy to be part of these efforts to make mental health conversations more open, approachable, and accessible.

At My Hopewell, we believe that support begins with connection, and we’re always grateful for opportunities to learn, connect, and grow alongside our community. 🧡🌿

The Hidden Weight of Being the Eldest Daughter

This week on Tradition Breakers, host Mary Moses together with our therapist Grace Huang, LCSW, founder of My HopeWell Co., for an honest and heartfelt conversation about the unique challenges that often come with being the eldest daughter.

It can shape how we care for others, show up in relationships, and pursue success. What begins as helping the family can sometimes evolve into patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, over-responsibility, and self-sacrifice. In this episode, Grace explains how these patterns develop and, more importantly, how we can begin healing them.
