How do I start Therapy?

Schedule an initial consultation, where we can discuss your concerns, reasons for therapy, determine therapy goals, and create personalized plans. Complete necessary paperwork and assessments prior to beginning therapy.


When are sessions available?

We offer therapy Mondays through Fridays until 8pm. Saturdays from 12pm-4pm. We will work on scheduling a time that works best for you.


What clients do your work with?
